Terms & Conditions
These starter terms explain the basis on which Creative Crumbs accepts bespoke cake orders. More detailed booking terms may be supplied with your quotation and can be updated as the service develops.
1. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or reserve a date. An order is confirmed only when Creative Crumbs has accepted the requested details in writing and any agreed payment requirement has been met.
2. Quotations and payment
Prices are based on the agreed design, size, flavours, finish and collection or delivery arrangements. A quotation may change if the requirements change. Payment amounts and due dates will be confirmed as part of the booking.
3. Designs and inspiration
Inspiration images may be used to understand your preferred style. Each cake is handmade and will have its own finish; an exact copy or exact colour match cannot be guaranteed.
4. Changes and cancellations
Requested changes are subject to time, availability and any additional costs. Cancellation, postponement and refund arrangements will be confirmed with the customer as part of the accepted booking.
5. Allergens and dietary information
Customers must disclose allergies and dietary requirements before booking. Cakes are prepared in an environment where common allergens may be handled. Creative Crumbs will explain what can reasonably be accommodated before accepting the order.
6. Collection, delivery and storage
Collection or delivery details will be agreed for each order. Once a cake has been collected or delivered, the customer is responsible for transporting, storing and displaying it in accordance with the guidance provided.
